Western blot analysis of lysates from A431, HepG2, mouse NIH/3T3, rat PC-12 and C6 cell line, mouse brain tissue (from left to right), using YWHAZ Antibody (Cat. #P32568). P32568 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-mouse IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35μg per lane. |
