Description
FKBP2 is a member of the immunophilin protein family, which play a role in immunoregulation and basic cellular processes involving protein folding and trafficking. This protein is a cis-trans prolyl isomerase that binds the immunosuppressants FK506 and rapamycin. It is thought to function as an ER chaperone and may also act as a component of membrane cytoskeletal scaffolds.

	Western blot analysis of lysate from human placenta tissue lysate, using FKBP2 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. #P30400). P30400 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.
	FKBP2 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. #P30400) flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
	FKBP2 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. #P30400) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human Colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the FKBP2 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
