Description
PNUTL2 is a member of the septin family of nucleotide binding proteins, originally described in yeast as cell division cycle regulatory proteins. Septins are highly conserved in yeast, Drosophila, and mouse and appear to regulate cytoskeletal organization. The protein is thought to be part of a complex involved in cytokinesis.

Immunogen	This SEPT4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human SEPT4.
Formulation	Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

	Western blot analysis of lysates from SK-N-MC, U-251 MG cell line (from left to right), using PNUTL2 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. #P32617). P32617 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
	PNUTL2 Antibody (N-term) (Cat. #P32617) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
	Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with PNUTL2 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
